HIERARCHY OF NEEDS
The Hierarchy of needs has several layers of involvement.
There are specific requirements that allow freedom to the individual to move between layers and potentially reach the pinacle of self actualisation.
This is a dynamic process and movement between layers can change according to circumstances in a persons life. According to maslow our motivation as human beings is in our desire to become self actualised.
